Statement in response and administrative fileAs from the notification of the application for annulment by the Council of State's Chief Registrar, the opposing party has 60 days to send a statement in response and an administrative file. As its name indicates, this statement is a response to the arguments put forward by the applicant. In any case, this response must be sent by registered mail together with the required number of certified copies. The administrative file contains all the documents concerning the decision-making and the documents enabling an appropriate assessment of the facts. Its submission is compulsory.
