The Council of State publishes its judgments and dicisions of non-admissibility in digital form. Judgments ans decisions are published in the language in which they are pronounced.

Exceptions to this rule are the judgments and decisions of non-admissibility pronounced in disputes concerning the application of the immigration law FR - NL. These judgments are only published when they have an impact on the jurisprudence or are important to legal research.

This site contains the case law from 1994 to the present day. Untill1994 judgments were published on paper in Verzameling der arresten van de Raad van State / Recueil des arrêts du Conseil d’Etat (UGA).

In principle, judgments and decisions of non-admissibility are published in its entirety. By special request, the identity of a party can be omitted on publication.

The identity of the plaintiff is always omitted in judgments and decisions of non-admissibility pronounced in disputes concerning the application of the immigration law.
