Judgment

Judgments state the reasons on which they are based and are dated. They are signed by the President of the Chamber and by the Registrar.
They are served to the parties by the Registry.
They are enforceable by law.
Administrative courts to which a case is referred back after an appeal in cassation must abide by the settled point of law.
