Statement in reply or explanatory statement

As from the notification of the statement in response by the Council of State's Chief Registrar, the applicant has 30 days to send a statement in reply. This statement in reply or explanatory statement summarizes all the applicant's arguments.
Serving this statement is an absolute condition to continue proceedings.
If it not sent within the prescribed period, the procedure lays down that the applicant is deemed not to have the required interest.
This statement in reply must be sent by registered mail together with six certified copies.
