Statement in response

As from the notification by the Council of State' s Chief Registrar of the admission order accompanied by your appeal in cassation, the opposing party has 30 days to send a statement in response.
As its name indicates, this statement is a response to the grounds of appeal raised by the applicant.
This statement must be sent by registered mail together with six certified copies.
