Therefore, the beneficiaries of the contested acts and any person who establishes an interest in the case have the possibility to intervene in these cases. On the basis of the indications of a member from the Auditors' Office appointed to report, the Chief Registrar serves the application for annulment on the interested parties insofar as they may be determined.
